Have 8 hours of sleep
Drink green tea or green smoothie
Get more organized
Take care of your clothing
Stand up for yourself
Read at least 10 pages a day
Learn to take constructive criticism
Read labels for everything, from food to beauty products
Get direct sunlight
Stop using a microwave
Forgive others and yourself
Belly laugh everyday

Get outdoor, enjoy nature
